- le nettoyage et vérification de la propreté et de l'écoulement du tube d'évacuation des condensats
- la vérification des raccordements et canalisations (fuite, humidité, rouille,..)

Le service ne comprend pas :
- Les réparations éventuelles
- L'ouverture du boiler et le remplacement éventuel de pièces

- cleaning of the water heater
- checking the thermal insulation of external pipes
- checking of connections, valves, seals, pumps, etc.
- checking the good condition of the expansion tank and its parameters
- checking the acidity level and efficiency rate of the liquid

The service does not include:
- any eventual repairs
- maintenance kits prescribed by the manufacturer
- extra workload due to previous maintenance not performed
- adding or replacing solar liquid
